Excellent service and knowledge at a fair price! We just got a new used bike off of E-Bay and were planning on riding it the next day but it arrived with a broken derailleur. The derailleur was an 11 speed and nobody in the area had the part except for Bike's Limited. Ben came in before the opening of the shop the next day to put the new derailleur. He did a thorough job by checking that the rear wheel was true and checking the derailleur hanger for straightness. He also gave the bike a 'once over' and recommended parts that needed to be changed and parts to service in the future. I usually do all my own bike work but since we were in a hurry I asked him to do the work. Ben was understanding of the this and always asked if I wanted to do the work instead. He was also willing to teach me what he was doing and why. I highly recommend this shop!
The man there was very helpful in pickibg out new tires, and even fixed some stuff I didn't ask him to when he was putting them on!

I took my Rockhopper to these guys. They installed a new chain, rear cassette, new rear brakes a installed a stem riser that I couldn't do myself. $69 wasn't too bad. I always take my stuff to them because they know what they are doing., and If it's something simple they will do right away while you wait.
