By the way, the first time I did come in to exchange the pants I made sure to ask the cashier that if this same thing happened again could I come back and get a new pair of the same pants and she told me yes.

While I was trying to exchange a pair of pants they told me I had already exchanged them twice.... not true... and then they continued to tell me why I was wrong and that I wouldn’t be able to exchange them... I felt like I was wasting THEIR time while I had drivin 2 hours just to get to their store.
Excellent clothing. Will last forever. I am seriously impressed by the quality.
Helpfully staff. Just right mix of letting me browse & offering help. Able to answer questions about women's wear. Store environment was enviting. Merchandise was displayed well, variety of sizes, not too crowded.
