Women who blatantly refuse to do their jobs work here. Horrible public service. They are rude, condescending and give the public zero respect and pay no obligation to answering important questions people have regarding their legal life information. I've been to every county in the states and have NEVER met such atrocious women who work this office.
This place is only okay because the only reason I have to go there is to paying a parking ticket or speeding ticket for a seatbelt ticket so to go there they got to take my money
This place has awful customer service. I have moved to Washington state and been attempting to get a certified copy of my divorce decree for the soctal security office. I checked the website and following the information there, filled out the application with the $20 fee and sent it in. I received a non certified copy which no government agency will accept as legal. I called them to tell them I the issue and that I needed for them to send me the correct document. I was told that I had wanted a certified I had needed to send in $25 instead. Now they are demanding another $25 get the needed document for a total of $45. The website says nothing about requiring an additional $5 to get a certified copy. All it mentions is a verified copy and a $20 fee to receive it and and a $5.50 fee to have it sent back by certified mail. I did not need it to have it sent back certified mail. I have called them and never have gotten anyone and my calls goes directly to voice mail and no one calls me back. I have been working on this for over a month and still no document or phone call back. It should NOT BE THIS HARD. They have already received $20 for a document that is worthless for my need for a certified copy for Social security.
