Safe N Sound was the company responsible for making repairs to our electrical, via our home insurance provider. Their communication, promptness, and over professionalism has been terrible. I have had to constantly follow up with them myself and still don't get any calls/emails back, and when I do get a hold of them, I don't hear from them again as I am promised to. It has now been TWO MONTHS since I put in my initial request for their services and they have yet to even be to my house to diagnose the issue, let alone fix it. I am very disappointed in their lack of reliability and if I could - I would have contacted someone else WEEKS ago to take care of the problem they have yet to even look at. I would NOT suggest using this company.
