I cancelled my membership months ago and still continue to get charged every single month! When I called they said they would cancel it and find my cancellation paperwork and would get it fixed and get back to me but still hasn't been fixed.. or when I call them they tell me they aren't in the office so they don't know! Definitely not impressed and I'm prettt upset they aren't using good morals to fix this problem and from reading other reviews it sounds like it's a constant problem.
This facility does not warrant even one star, It is filthy dirty! The equipment is filled with dust, dirt and grime and falling apart. The carpets appear to have not been vacuumed for years. The showers are filled with soap scum and are filthy as well. Because of all of the dirt and grime, the air quality if awful. They have a "few ratty" towels for the whole gym to use for cleaning equipment. If you have any health concerns or allergies, stay away! It is disgusting! The owner instead of being there vacuuming and cleaning, is working out with his family while the rest of us are trying to navigate through the dust, dirt and grime and dilapidated equipment. It is just PATHETIC!

I cancelled my membership 4 months ago and continue to get billed. I have spoken personally to the owner every month and he assures me he will fix it and he never does. At this point he is simply stealing my money.
Attempted to cancel my membership and was not given forms when needed. I called and asked for forms to be emailed to me and the OWNER OF THE GYM told me to “shut the f*** up” and hung up on me...when I told him I would not pay for further months if he wasn’t going to send me the cancellation forms he threatened to send me to collections...worst customer service I’ve ever experience in my life. Do not go to this gym under any circumstance.
