I took my daughter who has been having some pain in her hip for several months to Jake. He was very thorough in his analysis and did a great job of explaining everything!
I had a very good experience with Jake. He listened to my problems, helped me work through the multiple issues that were causing the symptom. He found the etiology (reason behind the problem) and corrected that while alleviating the pain I was experiencing. I cannot believe how quickly I saw results. He is an active athlete and can sympathize with many of the issues people may have from sports, etc. I will definitely be seeing him again as needed. Highly recommended without any reservations!

Jake is very knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions. The dry needling was painless and made me feel 75% better right away. He then gave me a list of exercises to do to get me to 100%. I definitely recommend seeing Jake for any PT needs!!!!
Jake Hegge did an amazing job treating my shin splints! He took a thorough history, to ensure that it was just shin splints causing the pain. Then he gave me simple, easy to follow home exercises/stretches. He also did some dry needling, and manual therapy - both very effective. He evaluated my running style, and was able to give me tips to improve my posture, and therefor lessen the pain from the shin splints. He did some taping with rock tape - this worked great, and I was able to easily replicate it at home too. I was really impressed by Jake's knowledge, concern, and professionalism. He understood that the main goal was me being able to get back to running as quickly as possible, and worked hard to accomplish this! I am very grateful, Jake!
Dr. Hegge was exceptionally attentive to my needs and was able to quickly identify my problem area. He provided treatment and sent me off with several stretches/ activities to strengthen my foot. I am always impressed with the care I receive and will continue to see Dr. Hegge for my physical therapy.
