Over priced and not cleaned properly. I've worked with clothing and with many different cleaners, and they were about as bad as I've experienced.
I have gone there for a few years. Never again after this last experience. I was quoted a certain price for cleaning a coat, and when I picked it up I was charged a different price!!! I showed the lady at the counter my original claim check which was $5 less. She did not seem to care. She said "oh, they quoted you the wrong price." I was in a hurry and she was not going to budge, so I got the hell out of there. I am not sure if what they did was even legal.
AND they broke one of the buttons, so the coat is useless until I hunt down replacements. Poor service all around. I will be changing cleaners.
