very rude and obnoxious. Wanted to fix the straps on m purse.; he used a bright red on my burgundy purse. Crooked stitching and the material felt like duct taped. I said I was SOL and he said basically yes and I can't get blood out of a turnip. I assume I wouldn't get my money back. Never going back.
This place is a treasure! In this unfortunate time, people dispose of classic shoes and coats rather than simply having them repaired and restored!
Wow attention to detail and great service. He will even text you when things are ready. Friendly staff. Fast and professional service along with a nice friendly neighborhood feel. Store is a little cluttered but it is a great place to get your shoes fixed. Me personally have had a shop in Milwaukee and Janesville do my lifts for a leg length discrepancy and Dan does them the best! For help with running shoes and leg length issues, stop at Running Bluff around the corner and then head over to get them custom fitted by Dan! A+

Wow. What a waste of time. Very rude. Not at all interested in what I needed. Only interested in what he could sell me that he already had in stock. Actually turned his back on me and walked away, commenting to another customer that he had better things to do. SO unprofessional and discourteous. Try Lenny's Shoe Repair in Olde Towne North. Much better experience.
