I’d leave no stars if I could. I’ve attempted to reach this company multiple times after my mother attempted to reach them for three weeks. Their phone number goes unanswered, the 800 # re directs to the main number that goes unanswered, I’ve attempted stopping at the building but no one is there - their sign states that they are re-locating but doesn’t say where to. This company took our $3000 travel voucher and now they cannot be reached. There is no website for them and their Facebook page hasn’t been touched since 2012. Planning to report this company if I do not hear back from them by Monday.
Rest assured, my friends and family will hear every wonderful detail on how you suckered me out of my money! I can guarantee, you will not be seeing our business!

Absolutely no help at all!!! Went all the way to England, was given the wrong information, and was sent back almost immediately. I did not spend over eight hundred dollars to see the inside of the airport and Immigration room. Maybe if you had done your job, I would not have been out almost one thousand dollars and was sent back broke.
