Even though it was late evening the Budget agent greeted me with a smile, was quick, efficient, and professional. I was offered several options for my rental coverage (insurance, fuel) and make of vehicle and then was quickly on my way. The vehicle was easy to find based on directions from the agent and it was clean, fully fueled, and ran very well.
