I was impressed by the first employee that came out to prepare the existing drywall and hang replacement sheets. He greeted me and introduced himself before stepping into the house. He was very professional and friendly.
The other employees were also courteous and friendly.
The final job came out real nice. The estimate and final bill matched. Finally, Don followed up with me to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. Overall, it was great to work with Earley and I'd easily use them again for another project.
The work was good, but they tried to cheat me on the bill and a couple weeks after they left we discovered about $2000 worth of my tools, including a brand new Stihl chainsaw, gone. Of course I can't prove they did it, but who else would it have been? I would never, ever recommend them.
We used Earley to finish a portion of a basement where some drywall already existed. They replaced other portions of drywall. Working with Don and the team was easy. In their advertisements, they state that they call customers back--and it's true!
