I wouldn't even give them a star. I live about 25 to 30 min from their store. I ordered boneless wings and bone in wings. Picked up my order and drove another 25 to 30 min home. Got home and opened our order and fund out they gave us 6 hot wings and fries. I called them and told them that they messed up our order and I could only get my original food I ordered or my money back. I figured if I had to drive another 25 to 30 min drive to either get money or food I figured to just get my food and never order from them again. I don't like wasting my time and money on what was supposed to be my order.. I will never order from them again.
First off when my friends and I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and the cookie dessert for pickup. When we got there they completely forgot about the cookie. So we waited 10 min for a cookie to be freshly made. For some reason she refused to grab the money from my hand and put on a glove to take the money. After the wait we drove to the hotel we were staying at and realized they gave us a pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and buffalo sauce. We called and they said they would send the correct pizza over. 30 min later the pizza shows up. We opened the box and found out that it was the same exact pizza they gave us before. I called them and the manager said she would make the correct one herself and the driver would deliver it immediately. 15 min later she calls and says that she won't make it and she refused to give me a refund and she hung up on me. After using multiple phones to call back because she wouldn't answer the phone she tells me that they are closed even though they didn't close until 11:00 (the time was 10:52).She was very disrespectful and we still never got our pizza. This service is laughable and it all must be some big joke for this location.
People were friendly. However, they have taken so many choices of the buffet. Their salad bar, which i hear their now taking that out has no selection. They no longer have nacho cheese and have removed many specialty pizzas. We will not be eating here again.
Ordered $30.00 worth of food and when they messed up on my pizza that was cold barley had any cheese or toppings on it I called and they told me I would have to pay for a new pizza but they would give me free delivery charge. Do not waste your money here you can get a better pizza at little caesars then then overpriced junk.
In my opinion, they need to have fresh food on the buffet before the customers come in. Also, there is more talking in the place then there is work being done. If I would have done that when I used to work in Iowa, they would have fired me immediately. However, it's a good place, but needs improvements. Thank you!
