Awful customer service. Their food isn't that good to be providing such bad customer service. This at the Copeland spot. Onalska and mall location staff is Very friendly.
Amazing Pizza and Very Good Customer Service
I've been eating Rocky's for as long as I can remember, but when they put in the Copeland Location I was very happy! I usually order online and usually a Sausage Spectacular, because it's the best and I usually wait around 45 minutes exactly to come no issues at all. I have also eaten in their store many times and loved it too. Staff have always been really nice and welcoming, Definitely would recommend.
Rock's has always been one of my favorite! Delicious pizza with great thick crust. The beautiful interior & upstairs seating area is wonderfully for an afternoon of working.
I don't know of it was because the pizza was fresh and not in a little box but it was the best Rocky Rococos I've ever had. Neat location tall ceilings.
