Food was good, service was good, employee shouting the F word from the back didn't strike me as super professional
Employees are always fun and super nice. That being said this tbell sucks. Drive through slow asf. Tonight I went and the dine in part wasn’t open (like how/why? Doesn’t even say on the tiny handwritten note left on their door that you literally have to get out of your car to read) and there was also a sign on one of the doors saying please use other door so that’s broken and not fixed. Also the cheese on the casadilla I got wasn’t really melted. The other time I went there there was garbage stacked all over the place like it hadn’t been taken out in forever and the tables were all covered in gross food from previous customers. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to get their head out of their rear otherwise sell it before they go out of business lol. Employees 5 plave as a whole and whoever runs it = -1
One of the poorest restaurants I have gone to in Lacrosse. The food was cold the service was horrible I would not recommend this.
Food is good and cheap. Service at this location is horrible. Lobby closes at weird times. Short staffed and long drive thru times. They will typically post certain menu options not available such as all steamed items, which is about half the menu. Hardly worth the good cheap food for the horrible service. Other location in omalaska is slightly more expensive but usually has better service.
They have a huge parking lot that isn't used and are towing people for using it to eat at the good Mexican restaurant nextdoor. Bad neighbors. Drive through and drunk college kids are their clientele, none of which use the parking lot. I ate my last garbage quesarito last week.
