they made a difficult situation worse and more complicated than needed, argued most of the time we were there yet we managed to get what we needed between the trailer they had and a harbor freight near by. the young male know it all came close to getting knocked the F out! The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The place is clean, and they recently repaired the back parking lot area. There are plenty of trucks to choose from and they stock all your moving needs right in store. Get there early though, they do close at 7. Cameras are At many important areas I noticed, so if you're using their storage your items will be safe.
