This agency uses questionable tactics. We had a horrible experience and lost a lot of money in the process. Our agent showed us a house with the foundation caving in. Our agent would not make our purchasing contract the way we requested which resulted in our losing earnest money. They had extra charges in the contract that most other realtors don't have in this area. Terrible experience that really scared me as we were first time buyers. This was several years ago but it's doubtful much has changed.
