NEVER rent from 360! First of all, when we moved in they never checked the place and it was very dirty!!! Then they made up an excuse of what happened. They charge you $500 just to sublease your place for "paperwork fees" then when you do sublease you are still in charge of paying if the new tenants don't, they also keep your security deposit there so the new tenants can trash the place and you are in charge of paying for it all. Anything you can possibly think of you will be charged a ton of money for!! I don't know how they expect college students to rent from them! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
My daughter signed an 11 1/2 month lease. Be forewarned it is not a true 11 1/2 months. Her lease started on June 15, 2016, but she has to be out of the apartment by May 19, 2017.
Just a warning that this company up front looks good. I would consider other options in the area. There was some unsettling business ethics that we experienced including taking advantage of inexperienced college kids. The property manager was unprofessional and very arrogant. I was shocked by not only how he treated my son and his roommates, but also how he treated myself and another parent. BE CAREFUL when signing a lease with this company. Please take time to look at the reviews-many of these reviews are done at the signing process of the lease.

So this is their philosophy, the months that have 31 days in it get subtracted from the last months, so in other words, July Aug Oct Dec Jan and March all have 31 days so therefore 6 days will be subtracted from the last month (which still doesn't make any sense to me since that is only 6 days) but then shouldn't she get an extra 2 days because Feb only has 28 days? She paid her full rent for May, but doesn't get to stay there the whole month? And to top it off she has to be out by noon.

I was going to give them 2 stars, but 360 makes new residents give them reviews immediately after signing a lease, just as I did several months ago. These residents are not giving an honest reflection of 360's service. Maintenance service requires multiple requests just to get them to come to your apartment and multiple trips to your apartment until legitimately fixed (AC flooded half my room's carpet for over a week). Staff is friendly but do not admit to their mistakes and only understanding to the point that they get the money they want. Courtyard, floor lounges, and journey fitness are practically useless.
I'm sure we probably overlooked it and it might be stated in the lease agreement, but this is very shady business ethics.
Oh one last note if any repairs need to be taken care of it takes them a very long time and many phone calls before it gets done.
