Great experience from the moment we walked through the doors. We stepped away from Toyota for the purchase of our last vehicles and wanted to compare Toyota again when it came time for this purchase. Ryan Lorenz was amazing and the entire transaction was so smooth. Thanks to Reva Green for showing us the ins and outs of our new Highlander. We love it so much we came back for more a few days later and bought a Tundra. Can't go wrong with a Toyota and what better place then Toyota of La Crosse!
Dave Griffin was our outstanding salesman. He was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot and unique features of each of them. He helped us really compare everything, and stayed a whole hour late on a Saturday night while we finished up the papers. Even when we were done, he took me through the car and went over all of the equipment, buttons and features to be sure I knew how it all worked since I had not had a Toyota before, and even synced my phone to the car. He was never pushy, and we never had the feeling that we were wasting his time by asking questions or driving several cars until one just felt right. He never steered us toward the most expensive or brand new cars...just helped us find what was right for us. He even told me that if I drove it for a few weeks and had some questions about it, to just stop in and he would spend time going through all of my questions and help make sure I loved my car. He was just a really great guy and we were glad to make it our last stop and buy the car from him. Over the top service. Thank you!
One star is too high a ranking. Two bad experiences--not planning on ever going back--Called about a warranty question. Service lady confirmed with her manager it was covered. Drove over an hour to get there just for another tech to tell me no. The guy I spoke with was apologetic and offered me a free car wash. This was a waste of 2 1/2 hours of my time driving and talking to them, an hour and a half of time on the clock and they didn't care. This warranty work was the difference between my truck running another 5 years and now taking it to the junk yard. No accountability. Done working with these people. My first experience there was with a salesman who wouldn't hardly give me the time of day... Very Poor customer service.
Being in the car business myself, I know how customer service is pretty important. My sister recently visited this dealership and was greeted by Ryan Lorenz. She spoke to him with what she was looking for and drove the vehicle she was interested in. She leases her vehicles,so that is what she planned on doing again. After the conversation with Ryan, she left the dealership and was awaiting a call back. Two days go by and not a peep from Ryan nor anyone from the dealer. She calls the dealer to follow up with Ryan about the vehicle she was seeking. He explains to her that the vehicle she was interested in leasing would cost her $1280.00 a month......wait, this is a Toyota dealership right???? She explained to him that was a bit out of her price range and would settle for maybe a RAV4 or a Camry (which she has leased from and currently leases from Toyota financial). Ryan stated to her that he would contact her with some information the following day. After not hearing from him,she leaves a voicemail expecting a returned phone call. Later that day she receives a text message from Ryan explains that she would need a co-signer that lives in her household toleases new vehicle.....Again being in the business myself, NEVER heard that line before. Co-signers, which she does not need one do not have to reside in the same home? I’m not sure what you guys down there in Lacrosse are doing...but that is not how the car business goes. I hope this is an isolated case for your dealers sake......smh
