I showed up and asked for assistance with the vacuum at 7:20. Three guys said they couldn't help...one because he was done with his shift in 5 minutes. I proceeded to vacuum the best I could...they closed the wash section right in front of me! I asked if there was a way for me to get in quick..."sorry...it is automated" was the lame response I got.
Apparently customer service is automated too. Worst service ever!
Total waste of $11. Car is not any cleaner than before I went through. Disapppinted.
While I was vacuuming one employee complained to another that "someone put tissue in the bottom of the garbage can...HE wasn't "going to clean THAT" out."
I've only ever gone here to vacuum my car. Sometimes the vacuum get plugged, as all do, and I haven't yet found a satisfactory way of unplugging them.
Decent place to get a quick car wash. Has free vacuums which is a bonus. I purchased a package that stated I get a free towel for drying, I was directed that wasn't done at their location, but I could go to the sister site in Onalaska and pay for detailing there. Which is where I normally go now anyways since they spray the bugs off the front of your car first.
I was there with Hannah and we cleaned out the car!! They have good vacuums here free!! Also left and almost got 2 blocks away and realized that we left the floor mats and went back to get them & low and behold they had picked them up!!! So thank the staff on duty for picking them up and putting in the office, we had no problem at all!!!
