Quick and does the job. Chemical/oil odor is strong as heck.
I have had nothing but problems with this place. A year ago they tightened my oil filter so tight they cracked the housing and I had to get a new one installed. Of course they denied any wrong doing despite the fact that they're the only ones who had changed the oil in the past 2 years.
Great place for a quick Oil change or Car wash. Reasonable prices.
Service station overpriced. High pressure for upsale if you don't pay for upscale it gets marked on receipt not responsible for damage. $70 dollar oil change and did not fill windshield washer fluid.
Today I found that my skid plate was missing. When I showed up and asked them about it the tech pulled out 4 skid plates from the corner and asked if any of them were mine! So it's clear that they don't care at all about your vehicle. Btw if you're missing a skid plate you know where to find it now.
Don't go here, go to the quick lube that's next to Panera bread.
We've gone there multiple times in the past with no problem. We just had another oil change done there almost 2 weeks ago. Yesterday when my wife pulled out of the garage I noticed a large oil puddle under her car. She had no choice but to take it straight to a dealership to find that her drain plug was never tightened and about to fall out. Still gets 2 stars for the normally good service we receive, but I think the person in the pit should have been less worried about what country the car was assembled in and more about completing the job properly. We will probably not be back for fear of the problem happening again as a blown engine would have been a lot bigger problem.
