Bill was so helpful. I've had my screen repaired here twice and both times they were so patient and so kind, as well as quick at repairing the screen! The warranty is also nice if you're not as gentle with your phone as your should be like me. Great Customer Service!
I got my phone screen fixed here and not even a month later it is shattered again. Either it’s a cheap screen or it wasn’t installed right because I was having display issues and I didn’t drop it, yet it’s cracked again.
It was nice being able to get the special batteries needed. But it was disappointing to wait 5 deep at the register to get waited on. There should have been more than 1 employee to cover the entire store. The associate on duty was able to move through the customers problems with efficiency.
Ordered on line and was notified within a short time my order was ready for pick up. Simple purchase from a great team at the store. Definitely will return as needed!
This store should be shut down. My wife bought a $27 led bulb, got home and opened the box to learn that not only was it not the bulb on the box but that it did not even work. Returned to the store where they not only refused to replace the bulb but implied that she was a crook. No one should have to tolerate this level of fraud or abuse.
