Do not use The Mac guys. Poor customer service and communications on repair status. The contract between the Mac Guys and the customer was misleading. The data was completley washed off a computer without appropriate permission. Offered no solution or apology, only covered their own butt by bringing up the misleading agreement.
On Monday, my laptop gave out right before doing a group project for class. Went to Mac Guys on Tuesday, and they were able to replace the hard drive within a couple days! I would say the customer service was overall superb. Thank you so much guys!
The Mac Guys is not affiliated with Apple , so apple does not know this store exists...if you buy apple and something goes wrong, you CANNOT have warranty work done here.
