I've been a long time customer of Gaming Generations since they opened up in La Crosse and in Onalaska Wisconsin.
Staff is absolutely amazing and very knowledgable!! They made a casual shopping trip into an amazing gaming experience I look forward to many more amazing trips to this store in the future :)

I stopped in a week ago to get assistance with a removing a stuck micro SIM card in my new tablet. William helped me, quickly, and was happy to do so. The customer service was exceptional. While we were waiting, my daughter checked out the Wii u games and found a game for $5. We love this place!! Not our first great experience here! Thanks again!
Amazing customer service, did everything in their power to get my PC back up and running again with extremely good prices especially considering all the effort that went into it. If you have issues with any of your tech gear, I highly highly recommend these guys over any of their competitors.

Stopped in about less than a week ago couldn't have fallen in love with a more perfect store had such amazing items I bought my girlfriend a bunched of stuff staff was very friendly and helpfull especially William helping me by answering all my question I rate this store 10/10 unfortunately google only goes up to 5
Hands down Gaming Generations earns their business by delivering the best customer service around. I was in their store one weekend night, it was after 8:30p.m., my son and I were buying some video games. A fellow came out from the back, asked "Who's next?" and the lady next to me said that she needed the screen on her Cell phone replaced. In less than 15 minutes, (I think it was about 10-12 minutes), he was back out, he charged her almost nothing to replace the screen, and the part was dirt cheap.
