Wettsteins WOW is right! I bought a washer/ dryer combo for my parents on a Sunday. The salesperson said it would be in at the end of the week. I called Saturday(after not hearing from them by the end of the week) & he told me it was on the truck, it would be here Monday. I called Monday(after not hearing from them again), they said it wasn't in. No attempt at all to make it right(offer the floor model or a few bucks off). It's like it was the first time they ordered an appliance from Frigidare, maybe the roads were snow covered in October! I was lied too, twice, by Greg Lowe, the salesperson. I would wash my clothes in a stream before I would buy a washing machine from these clowns.
The best kept furniture store secret in LaCrosse! The selection is not overwhelming and easy to choose from. On trend styles and simple-to-care for fabrics made my choices easy. Great prices and super nice people to do business with. Wettstein's is not just appliances and TV's!
Got service from a salesman right away and the sales person was friendly and very helpful. Was happy with the service and the freezer we bought from Wettsteins.
People were all great but just bought washing machine. .mine worked but getting old...delivered yesterday so 1st load of laundry today and had issues. Service tech out this afternoon and i guess i need a part. Said it should be in in 3-5 days. Meanwhile im drying dirty clothes and going without washer right before we leave for weekend trip with toddler and baby. I guess i would think they could just replace rather than repair since i didnt even get to wash 1 load of clothes in it. Or i suppose i could bring old one back in and hook up for a few days and then carry it back out and new one back in but at that point id rather just return it and stick with my old one... disappointed...ok carried old one in cuz it was a week to get service again. Once again doesnt work. The fix was gonna be a new drum so they offered loaner while waiting and ill get new one on 20th if possible. Bought on 2nd new washer.....maybe have on 20th. Never again, might not even take this one at this point. Plus they havent even called me by my correct name yet. Every call i got was for diane johnson...the card i bought it under was dana johnston.
It's your one stop locally owned shop! Purchased a sectional couch AND a new dryer to match my washer. Super friendly, helpful staff and both items were on sale! We ALSO purchased a refrigerator earlier this year from Wettstein's and had a super experience!
