I had rent a power-feed drain cleaner (drill snake) yesterday for a clogged drain in my basement. Got home with the machine, and started it up. However, there were a lot old paper towel (probably from the previous renter) that was stuck inside the feed control. It took me a good half hour to dig the paper out before I could even use it! Would really appreciate it if ACE could check any products after it is returned to make sure if it in good shape before renting it out again. It would be really helpful for the next customer/renter!
I spend entirely too much money when I go inside this store. Always on the same thing: Lawn and garden supplies, every single year. They have the best stuff. Loaner lawn items that you can use and bring back when you are finished with them (WHAT??? Really? Yes) Amazing customer service here.
Turn's out its "not" the helpful place. I bought $90 in locks for a realty property 45min away. Had them keyed. Was told they were all "checked" and keyed correctly. They were not... As a result, I was stuck 45 min away without enough keys. Manager didn't care, she said, "it happens." and wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. I have been shopping there a long time, the store has had a lot of manger turnover recently, I'm done with the place.
Great place to buy fishing and hunting gear. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful
Always plenty of staff. My go-to place when I have questions. Staff are consistently eager to help and very pleasant.
