I'll start by saying that I never had to post a negative review before. I bought a new the store and less than 90 days later it had a software problem dew to the last update the Antivirus software boost uses didn't recognize the update and thought it was a virus. I followed the onscreen instructions and rebooted the phone and it went into a "boot loop". The salesperson was very nice but when she got Alex, the owner, he was absolutely horrible about it and even after LG and Boost_Mobile told me that the store would replace it he refused to do anything. He said that he doesn't get the phones from either of them and he won't be doing anything for me. I have no problem with Boost_Mobile but I'll never deal with that store again. Sorry for the rant but I'll tell my situation to everyone in La Crosse.
