Lots of nice boots and cowboy hats
They have good stuff. But the Costs are so high and I'm a teenagaer and I bought a pair of boots. And I just didn't like them so I went to return them. But you can't return anything. It's almost like a scam. They didn't tell me that I couldn't return them when I bought them. And the employees are so rude and look like they hate their job.
Not only are they expensive but their customer service needs some improvement. We were in there on Sunday December 6,2015 and after finding what we were looking for(with no help from the clerk) we took our item up to the counter. When we asked the clerk where the matching boot was she said in the back. Then she asked if I would like her to get it. Duh.... no I only want one boot. So she went to the back and brought out the boot. As Looked at the boot I noticed considerable wear on the one that had been on the floor. The lettering which was perfectly presented on the boot she brought from the back, but the one from on the floor was worn away. That boot must have been there a long time. I asked her if a discount was available since it was a floor model and she said no. but she could order me a new pair. Well I must say that after over 40 years of experience in the sales field I was not impressed. But I did find what I was looking for online. 20.00 cheaper and free shipping.... Same exact boot. My recommendation is if you need boots go elsewhere. Because this place is not user friendly.
One star for the customer service and the riding boot quality. My daughter and I went to buy English riding boots. No one asked if they could assist us, just pointed us to the back corner of the store. There were two cashiers there that day (talking to some friends). They were not helpful at all. The first time my daughter wore the boots, a snap broke. The second time she wore them, the zipper broke. We live two hours away from the store and had to make a second trip two weeks later. No refund was offered, only a "gift certificate" from the store or an exchange on the boots. Again, there were three employees present, no apologies, no "sorry that this happened," "sorry you had to drive four hours roundtrip to return them." Completely unsatisfied with their customer service. My daughter used the money for pants, a vest and socks, although the money back would have been preferred.
Just a heads up....they do not sell anything for dogs. 1 star by force or it won't let me post. (Not hard to write on website, horse related items only, no dog items)
