My vehicle stalled at an intersection the other day. We got it moved to a safe location and called for it to be towed. They got to my location within 20 minutes and were extremely nice. I didn't know where I wanted it to be towed. They were patient and helpful and helped me decide to tow it back to to them where I could have it looked at by their service department right away the next day. Their service department did a great job and finding the problem and a quick solution. I would highly recommend them and will be going back for future repairs
I called to have a tire changed, they came out right a way, and the one guy that did come out he changed it but the spare didn't have any air in it, so he called another truck with a compressor to fill it with air. I was charged for only one truck. On top of that it was a dollar more for the change than it would have been for another company I called to just put air in it. He was very polite and nice. From the time I called to the time they put the air in the tire it was maybe an hour, possibly less. Thank you.
My wife was stranded when our car broke down. We were unprepared to handle the situation and Don's took care of us from A to Z the lady who dispatched the call helped reassure my wife that she would be taken care of from there. My husband was on a work trip and his car wouldn't start. They brought him a battery first thing in the morning and got it started almost right away. Great customer service, quick repairs and very affordable!
They have poor customer service and poor communication between co-workers. They were wrong with towing my vehicle and they didn't have enough guts to admit it, so they made it feel like I was so fortunate to be gifted with my vehicle back. In the end I didn't pay anything, but they could of handled the situation a lot more professionally and still would of ended in the same result. The conversation basically went a bunch of arguing back and forth, and ending with them realizing they were in the wrong because of poor communication between employees. They should consider a new business strategy.
