After having my fender severely scratched by one of their 'kids', I have to insist, each time, that they take measures to protect my paint surfaces.

I have to thank Andrew and the rest of the team at River States. Recently worked through a purchase of Sprinters and a Freightliner box truck. Andrew was very focused on the business needs and answered every question we had. He went above and beyond for us and couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend not only their products and service, but Andrew as well as a great sales contact!

Early on, I had to return twice before I could convince their mechanics my hanger bearing was the cause of a howling noise AND then had to come back a third time because they didn't have the parts. Now, exactly 48K miles later, I'm back and they're replacing the same bloody bearing and, with a straight face, telling me this is common. It's factually not.

I have had a few dealings with this company. They way over charged a job that should have been done in half the time. The best part is I had told them exactly where the problem was it was one connection on a jake brake cylinoid. Them clowns charged me $1000 to fix one connector. On top of that they couldn't even install the valve cover back on right. I had to miss a half day of work the next day because I had blow by coming back in the cab. Got that fixed now it just leakes oil. I

This is got to be the nicest truck repair place I have ever stopped at I can't think of anything they haven't got

I've had my Sprinter serviced exclusively here for over 3 years. This place is a classic crapshoot. If you're lucky, you'll get a knowledgeable mechanic and a speedy repair. If not, you get a just graduated 'diesel mechanic' who will spend endless (expensive) hours trying to figure out your vehicle's problem. I was recently charged three hours labor for a diagnosis they didn't have the parts to fix. I then went to one of their other locations and an experienced mechanic gave me the same diagnosis in 20 minutes.

would not recommend this place to anyone. Before the "owner" comments back on here trying to make this place sound good I had told them my concerns they didnt care they were just too busy trying to run with the money.

If you're a Sprinter owner, and in a jam, probably a good place to go. I would not encourage a long-term relationship.

Truck parking was good ... food was not so good for Amish food dogs liked it though. Lemonade was so sour couldn't drink it an tea was not right. Guess if your Amish in Minnesota it would be good. If you ask me oklahoma Amish cook better. Cool old tractors an what not. Cool gifts avaliable bunch of animals in boxes lol. It was ok but food was awful. An drinks but thsts just my opinion I heard people over talking about how good it was so might be I just had bad meal lol.

I've had to instruct their rookie mechanics three times on how to reset my maintenance light.

At my last visit, the mechanic noted the diagnostic plug-in was broken. When I brought it to their attention that they were the only ones that have ever used that plug-in, I was told that I must have somehow broken it myself. I have no idea where the damn thing is.
