My car started making this creaking noise and I had no idea what the problem was so I started calling around to see if I could get it looked at before the 3 hour drive home for thanksgiving. No one had time to look at it but Jeff got me in the same day and immediately started working to check out my car. He was very professional and very nice! He not only looked at the creaking issue but also checked my oil and antifreeze to make sure I would have a safe trip home. 10/10 would recommend!
