Went to get my ring resized in October and was told that it would take around seven weeks. Today, December 11th, I got called for the first time in two months and was told that the company doesn't provide that size in that ring. I'm pretty irritated that it took over two months to hear this news when it could have been looked into the same week and taken care of then. Poor customer service.
