It's a hotel. Good for people seeking hotel type things.
Anna at the front desk was more than rude. We originally had to switch rooms because the shower was broke. Got into the other room and the smell was awful & it was so dirty (took pictures). The heater makes a loud banging noise all night, so you won’t get any sleep. The lights didn’t work, so you need a flashlight. The WHOLE hotel smelt like marijuana. Breakfast is a choice of cheerios or toast. There’s no elevator, so hope you don’t have more than one bag or are not disabled. & it said on the website “you can have up to 1 child” and that wasn’t the case, i got $10 up charge. The “supervisor” knew about the 3rd person and was okay with it. Anna at the front desk said “i knew there was 3 of you i watched you on the cameras.” She then pretended to call the supervisor & said he thought we were joking. It’s a king size bed there’s more than enough room for two plus child. This hotel may be on the cheap side, but so is there customer service & cleaning staff.
I'll give America's best 5 stars, not because they are a 5 star hotel but because the price is right and they still seem to keep the room clean. Free wifi, free breakfast and it's pretty quiet. A great place to crash for the night on a budget.
I know what to expect when staying at the cheapest hotel in an area. This place doesn't even meet the lowest standards. Housekeeping doesn't vacuum or clean the bathrooms. Hairs and garbage from other guests. There was a one inch hole in me ceiling that was sure to check for cameras. The side entrance lock was removed allowing anyone to enter at any hour. Insufficient extension cords and power strips for the lights and tv. Cheap price but worth it to stay somewhere else. Gross
