Nothing but good things to say about Mattress Outlet. I have 3 children, 14, 10, and 8 years old, they all needed new mattresses but my budget held me back and my credit score wasn't good enough to get approved at the other places I've looked and I didn't want to deal with a high interest credit card. Right when I walked into the store I wasn't overwhelmed by a huge warehouse space, their showroom was very clean and organized so I knew right away they weren't just another corporate company just looking for my money to cover overhead costs. The employees at Mattress Outlet were very friendly and greeted me right away, they didn't try to rush me in and out but let me take my time while deciding which mattresses worked best for my kids, without pressuring me into anything, and they aren't overpriced like all the big name brands! They even mentioned they don't make commission, so there wasn't a scripted sales pitch or any tricks to get me to spend more money than I felt comfortable with or couldn't get approved for! I knew my score wasn't that great from trying at other stores around the area but I got approved without any outrageous interest charges or hidden fees and got great mattresses for my kids that aren't going to fall apart, plus they all came with a 10 year warranty! After previously visiting other stores and leaving let down or denied financing not making it possible to give my kids better, comfier mattresses I thought I was out of options, after leaving Mattress Outlet I have a completely new perspective on the affordable, quality options that can work for anyone! I'm telling all my friends to go to Mattress Outlet and I hope anyone who reads this review will go see for themselves that there is finally a business who isn't just out to promote a big name brand manufacturer that cares more about making money for advertising than actually helping people get an affordable, quality bed.
