This hotel was great the staff was very courteous and friendly. I was able to use the Marriott app to request a pack and play in the room and even to request two rooms next to each other. My family stayed here for 2 nights. The room still had a new building smell. The pool was nice. The free breakfast was good and the hotel even contacted me about a lost item they found and helped me arrange shipping for it. The only negative is it doesn’t have a view of the river.
The staff was wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and managed any request quickly. The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The guest printer gave myself and the staff a little trouble but they were able to print my documents at the front counter so I had what I needed for work right away. I will certainly be staying there again when I travel back yo La Crosse WI.
Very new, but great location! Only a 5 minute walk to the majority of restaurants in the area. The staff was very accommodating during my stay. The only thing they don't have is the Go Green initiative that most of the Marriott brands are implementing. The receptionist said it should be available in the coming months though. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
Brand-new facility which is right in the heart of the downtown! Rooms were VERY nice and a ton of parking considering the location. Staff was super-friendly and the complimentary breakfast had an awesome selection.
Stay away. This place does not honor short birthday parties unless you purchase rooms for all guests attending for a short period (not even staying the night). Had to cancel birthday reservations even after calling two weeks prior confirming it was allowed. When we checked in, we were told it was not allowed.
