I went to Moxie's for dinner a few nights ago. They were very accommodating and the pool table/games kept my kids busy while we waited for food. The food came quickly and was really good. We have received service from Greg multiple times at Moxie's and he is fantastic!
If I could give no star I would!
First off we go there every year to stay. This year was a new owner. When we first arrived about 1130 we asked if any way to check in early front desk clerk didn’t even look to see if it was possible just flat out said no! Ok fine so finally we came back about 130 was able to check in when we got to our room it wasn’t even near our other party and no where near the pool so I went to front desk to ask for a different room he said he had no other room by our other party so we check in to the new room and it smelt like pot! So back to the front desk again they moved us rememeber this is now the 3rd time we moved go to the room keys didn’t work husband goes down to get fixed came back still didn’t work I go back down to talk to the manager she looks and there was a room right next to our other party. Then to top it off they had a wedding party that was drunk wandering the hallways all night screaming and so loud. I got no compensation for any of our problems. The rooms are out of date even our rooms had no trash bags in garbage. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Please read reviews before going there! Be ware !!!!!!!!
We loved the rooms. Watching the kids swim was very convenient with the set up of the pool area. Breakfast was very good also!!!
Amazing place to stay. Employees are friendly and very nice, rooms are amazing and very clean. The free hot homestyle breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel!!! This is the second time staying at an Americinn and we will stay at one wherever we vacation.
Spa was done, found out that the slide is only open on the weekends, fridge was not working, called for a late checkout yet my card quit working well before. Staff lingers making you feel rather uncomfortable.
